What does "on-site" manager mean?
"On-site" manager means that an employee, usually the Store Manager, is on the property for security purposes and after hour emergency’s. Our managers are trained in all aspects of the storage industry, and promise to supply the best of care in helping you will all your storage needs.
Do you have video cameras?
RedTop Storage uses video cameras as a security measure.
Can anybody drive onto this property or do you need a PIN number?
Our facility has an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a security code that is assigned to each individual tenant. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.
What is a roll-up door?
Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.
Do I need a lock when I rent a unit?
You can purchase a new lock at RedTop Storage. We recommend purchasing a disc lock to ensure the highest level of security.
Do you offer boat/car/motorcycle parking?
RedTop Storage offers parking for boats, cars and motorcycles, some restrictions do apply.
What is a drive-up unit?
A drive-up unit is an outside unit, located on the first floor of a facility that gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.
What's the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The office hours are the hours of operation for the property. During these hours the Store Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs. The gate hours are the hours of the property, and when your unit can be accessed. If you require access outside of our standard gate hours ask the Manager for information on access.
How far in advance can I book a reservation?
We give you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 60 days in advance to help you plan ahead.
What kind of security do you have?
RedTop Storage takes great pride in protecting your belongings and strives to provide state-of-the-art security. We feature electronic gate with coded access, monitored video surveillance, fenced and a well lit facility.
What are the payment terms?
RedTop Storage strives to make your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. Typically, our leases are month-to-month but we also offer the flexibility of long-term leases. We also offer AutoPay. We can automatically charge your Mastercard®, Visa®, Discover®, or American Express® each month.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept several major credit cards, including MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover®, or American Express®.
What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?
We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 5X10, or 50 square feet, to 10x30, or 300 square feet. Determining the right size is easy with the help of our Store Managers who are trained to assist you in this process. Or see our size estimator page.
